Yes, this has more sodium... So going into it, it should be known that it will taste more salty. Nonetheless, I very much prefer the taste of the regular Lemon Lime Gatorade powder.

I really enjoy this formula of Gatorade. It has a good taste and will allow you to recover quickly. I wish they made other flavors in the endurance powder though.

Works pretty good for me on long bicycle rides, and tastes just like the regular gatorade lime, which I like.

As a marathon runner, I have learned (the hard way) to train with what I will be drinking during a race. Gatorade Endurance Formula is being used in a number of races I will be in this year, and it is as good as any sports drink I have tried. It has kept me from bonking on long runs with no stomach issues like some I have tried.
